
SCOPE OF SERVICE
Offered exclusively for approved Affinity brand partner activations.
All requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance (exceptions may be considered if scheduling permits).
Requests must be sent by email to both Alex Camilleri and Steven Wu for coordination and approval.
Service is subject to store availability and final approval by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Vancouver.

OPTION 1
SINGLE-WAY TRIP
Pickup from client location and drop-off at partner venue or event.
Recommended for occasions where the client will remain at the destination for an extended period.

OPTION 2
ROUND TRIP
Pickup and return service for same-day experiences.

Affinity Partners are kindly requested to provide an estimated duration of their client’s visit. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Vancouver will then coordinate return transportation accordingly to ensure timely coordination of either on-site standby or a scheduled return.

Around 45 minutes from Roll-Royce Motor Cars Vancouver Showroom
Requests outside this range require special approval and may need adjusted scheduling.
Final route and timing to be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the service.
